At KPMG Huazhen LLP (KPMG China), Lisa vouched transactions and reconciled client-prepared Excel schedules to supporting records across two audit engagements, including an IPO audit for a digital-twin technology company. She tracked corporate information for 3,000+ companies and processed 28,000+ records in Excel. Her Python web-scraping workflow consolidated counterparty information and was adopted by the engagement manager and fellow interns to reduce repetitive manual lookups. At UT Austin’s Critical Data Studies Lab, she used OCR to digitize SIM-card text and numerical identifiers, standardized the extracted data, and entered records into the SIM Card Archive database for long-term preservation and research access. Her additional experience includes advising prospective students at Ivy Academy, organizing case files and reviewing supporting materials at Dentons, and providing administrative support at UT Austin. Through the Chinese Undergraduate Student Association, she also pitched sponsorship opportunities to external organizations for cultural events, including a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration.
